The homestay is located at the heart of a small village, Assam lingzey, about 20 kms from Gangtok and about 15 kms from the new Pakyong Airport.
Here, you can enjoy a scenic view of lush greenery and hills from every corner of the house. The property is massive and beautiful. There’s a lot of open space outside, a spacious open verendah both outside and on the topmost floor. The best attraction is the self-made tiled pool set in the lush green lawn.
About the Location
Assam Lingzey is a picturesque village in East Sikkim. Lush farmlands, pines, firs and figs dot the countryside. Each winding road leads to an unexplored waterfront, river or a stream. The Pashtanga tourist village is a major attraction of this quaint corner of Sikkim. Strictly eco friendly, Assam Lingzey which is close to other villages like Namli, Namcheybong and Nandok, is famed for it’s eco-friendly practices. Just about half an hour from the Pakyong Greenfield Airport, it is a vantage point for traveling towards Ranka, Rumtek, Gangtok, Bhusuk, Tsangu and even further to Gnathang.
How to Reach
By Air: Assam Lingzey is just 15 kms from Sikkim’s first airport, Pakyong Airport. The drive from the airport to the homestay takes about 30 mins.
By Rail: The nearest and major railway station is New Jalpaiguri (NJP) which is nearly 110 kilometres away and is a 4 and a half hour drive.

- Gangtok: The capital city of Gangtok is about an hour’s drive from the accommodation.
- Rumtek: The world-famous Rumtek Monastery is also about an hour’s drive from the accommodation

If the guest/s cancel their reservation before 7 Days of Check-In, they will receive 90% of the amount paid, refunded back.
If the guest/s cancel their reservation between 7 to 2 Days of Check-In, they will receive 50% of the amount paid, refunded back.
If the guest/s cancel their reservation within 1 Days of Check-In, there will be no refund.
The applicable refund amount will be processed within 21 business days.
