In case of of vehicle not going to Rohtang Pass / Sach Pass by any kind of new guidelines proposed by NGT-National green tribunal /Supreme court OurGuest will not be responsible in any case. 
Any dispute relating to or arising out of all or any one of the above stated terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive Jurisdiction of Courts at Solan (Himachal Pradesh) 
If vehicles will be allowed to go to Rohtang pass / Sach pass the guest will have to bear the expenses on his own if he/she wishes to go to Rohtang pass.

Day - 2

Tirthan/ Jibhi Local

Dedicate the day to exploring the Great Himalayan National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Opt for a short guided trek to discover lush greenery, cascading waterfalls, and Himalayan wildlife. You can visit to Choi Waterfall, Sarchi Village
