Lingthem Lyang Homestay, Dzongu

Lingthem Lyang Homestay is a small and modest wooden homestay in Upper Dzongu with beautiful and cozy rooms where tourists can feel of being at home away from home. It is one of the few hometays in upper Dzongu and perhaps the only homestay in upper Dzongu which provides view of Mount Kanchenjunga right from the homestay.
The new rooms have view, however the view is obstructed due to trees in front. We would advise you to stay in the original cottage (lepcha style cottage) which has unhindered views of Mt. Kanchenjunga. Rooms are cozy and nice with two blankets provided for each person. Geyser in bathroom.
What wins you over is the amazing hospitality of Sangdup Lepcha, who is the host and owner of the homestay. You can have amazing conversations over dinner with him and he can also provide traditional lepcha cuisine on request. Just like other homestays in Dzongu, Lingthem Lyang Homestay also offers organic foods which are home cooked. Lingthem Lyang Homestay can also arrange for pick up and drop facility is on request.
