We were 3 guys and had a wonderful stay for 4 days. Amazing hospitality and food prepared by the hosts Sonam and her brother. We stayed there like a family , the hosts were very caring. MG marg is just 2.5 kms from the place the shared taxi takes just Rs 20. The view from the balcony is very good. I am looking forward to visit it again.

Loved the trip and planning done by Ourguest, everything was taken care of in an organized and planned manner from airport pick up till drop off at the last day. Lovely boutique hotels and home stays with yummy homestyle cooked meals. Especially loved Rabongla accommodation and Turuk Kothi. Would definitely recommend your Travels to friends and family.

The most efficient and honest staff I have ever interacted with, for my travels. They have a really good network of homestays and cab contacts across Sikkim. They help you out with whatever concerns you may have, give genuine opinions,the tie-ups with homestays that are firsthand local, neat and friendly, and the cabs are as perfect as it can get. They are available throughout, to voice out any issues you may have. The person who drove us is the most affable. Trip was totally enjoyable given the fact that the he and the company were flexible enough to accommodate our ad hoc plans of stopping somewhere and experiencing something local. We had an amazing experience in the tour organised by Pranoy Sir. All the places we travelled and the stay was excellent as well. And the driver Arjun Limboo was very amazing as well. He was purely a professional driver, safe and calm. And he has a good personality and does not make ur journey boring. Overall it was a really good experience

We used OurGuestTravel package to travel to srinagar, doodpathri , sonmarg and gurez in April 2026. They arranged hotel stay and travel as per our requirement. Mr Muzaffar the coordinator there was very helpful and kept in constant touch to enquire about our needs. Special mention to Mahatta home stay in Srinagar and Wangnoo houseboat stay on Nigeen lake. The driver Mr zubair was also very helpful and guided us properly. We would definitely recommend them. This is our second experience with Our guest travel.

We stumbled upon OurGuest when we found out that we required permits to travel across North Sikkim. The team was prompt & went out of their way to accommodate our specific requests which included staying only in homestays , arranging for permits, needing drivers only when required etc etc all within budget of course. They not only delivered, they set the gold standard in service. We were in and out of North Sikkim for 21 days & I have to say it was one of the best trips we have ever had. Everyone from the drivers to the homestay owners were so warm & gracious that we left with incredible memories of the people we met & places we went. I would highly recommend Pintso, Karma & their incredible OurGuest team that goes out of their way to enhance customer experience. A special shout out to Dawa who was on call with us whenever we needed help or advice. It was been amazing to explore Sikkim with the help of OurGuests awesome squad. Comfortable 1 week North Sikkim Trip with Ourguest Ourguest obliged with all our requirements and organised 1 week North Sikkim Trip pretty well - 3N in Gangtok, 1N in Lachen and 2N in Lachung. Khim Zang homestay at Gangtok and Beechu homestay at Beechu near Lachung were comfortable - the families were very hospitable. The vehicle provided was also comfortable and reliable. We were able to cover some very good places Yumthang Valley, Zero Point, Gangtok but also disappointed because we couldnt make it to Gurudongmar Lake, Nathula Pass, Tsongmo Lake and Baba Harbajan Mandir due to road closures heavy snowfall which was pure bad luck.

We had a family trip including senior citizens aged 75 and 81 from October 15th-19th. It was a short trip covering just Roing and Anini. The tour was extremely well customised keeping all our needs in mind and our tour manager was always in touch with us over phone for the whole trip. The homestays at Roing Kesha and Anini Mismi Hill Resort were pretty good with all the basic amenities provided, along with geyser. Food was also quite delicious. The resort at Anini was more sophisticated room heater, electric kettle, hot drinking water, tea sachets provided with vast menu options, but the one at Roing was also pretty good given the fact that Roing is basically a stopover for travellers heading towards Anini. The only issue we faced was with the young lady cook at Kesha Homestay. She was very reluctant to work and used to come up with peculiar excuses like she was having body ache and that there was no oil to make poories. But once she prepared the food, the taste was excellent. So, this is one thing that Kesha management has to look into. The young boy at the resort was very cooperative and proactive. One person who is very much worth mentioning is our driver, Mr. Bijay. Not only that he was an excellent driver, he was also a great guide. It was largely because of his suggestions and inputs that we enjoyed the trip so much. Thanks to OurGuest team for arranging an excellent tour for us.

I recently booked a staycation through OurGuest and had an amazing experience! I stayed at two properties, a cozy homestay in Lachung and a serene forest retreat in Dzongu. Both stays were exceptional. The hospitality was truly top-class. The hosts were warm, attentive, and made me feel completely at home. The food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere in both locations was peaceful and refreshing. Good food, good people, and a genuine sense of comfort exactly what I was hoping for. I’m genuinely impressed with the quality and consistency of service OurGuest provides.
